{"id":1656,"date":"2023-06-02T09:58:14","date_gmt":"2023-06-02T09:58:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.inetcc.com\/?p=1656"},"modified":"2023-06-02T10:01:35","modified_gmt":"2023-06-02T10:01:35","slug":"gba-indonesia-april-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.inetcc.com\/en\/gba-indonesia-april-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"GBA Indonesia \u2013 April 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>From the 13<sup>th<\/sup> to the 18<sup>th<\/sup> of April 2023, Mr Denis Guittet \u2013 CEO of GBA Global BPO Solutions &#8211; visited the offices of the company CONVERGENCE Indonesia in Jakarta &amp; Yogyakarta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With more than 270 million inhabitants, Indonesia is the 4<sup>th<\/sup> most populated country in the world and is strategically positioned in ASEAN region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Together with Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines and Thailand, GBA is able to propose services from the main ASEAN countries in term of population &#8211; more than 600 million people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As result GBA strengthen its position in this region and become a key player for the customer which need BPO services in ASEAN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CONVERGENCE has more than 1000 seats, the company is certified ISO 27001 &amp; ISO 9001 and is member of ICCA Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They have strong position in tech industry with customers like GRAB, BEIN sports or AKULAKU as well as big brands like ABBOTT and J&amp;T Express.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>On behalf of GBA I would like to thank the team of CONVERGENCE who gave me a warm welcome : Ravianto &#8211; <\/em><em>&nbsp;CEO \u2013 Eric Antono \u2013 CMO \u2013 and Joned R.
