How the personal data are collected by INETCC?

INETCC only collects personal data that is communicated to it by you or by third parties, as part of a requested service.

What personal data is processed?

INETCC only collects personal data necessary for the performance of a service that you request (or that is requested by third parties).

When and why is personal data processed?

NETCC only processes this data in certain cases:
– if you have explicitly given it permission to do so; or
– if its processing is necessary for a service you have asked it to provide; or
– if we are legally obliged to process the data; or
– if there is a public or legitimate interest.

How is personal data processed?

– Minor data and sensitive personal data (e.g. bank account number) are always treated confidentially and never disclosed.
– Your data are used only according to the service you request (provided that the conditions described in the above paragraph are met): if you subscribe for example to one or more newsletters, we only use your data to send it to you. Each newsletter gives you the opportunity to unsubscribe.
– We never share your contact information with third parties for commercial purposes.

How long is personal data kept?

– If you submit an application via this site, if you request a quote, if you register for a training course or if you make a payment, we keep your data for the time necessary for the correct execution of the service requested.
– INETCC may also decide to collect certain aggregated data in the longer term in order to evaluate and adapt its own operation. No individual identification is required.

Is my personal data stored securely?

Your data is processed securely. That’s why we use different technologies and security measures to properly protect your data from unauthorized access, use, loss or disclosure. If necessary, these technologies and measurements are tested and adapted at regular intervals.

What can I personally do about my personal data?

– If you want to change something in your contact information, you can contact admin@inetcc.com 
– You have the right to be ‘forgotten’. To do this, contact admin@inetcc.com 
– You may at any time consult the personal data that INETCC processes about you and possibly correct or delete inaccurate or incomplete data. If you have an online profile, you can modify or delete yourself- even your personal data. 
– If you feel that your data is processed incorrectly, you can file a complaint with the Privacy Commission.
