From 23–24 July 2024, CEO Denis Guittet visited IT Park Uzbekistan in Tashkent and participated in the IT Summit 2024 at the Ministry of Digital Technology. With 35M+ population (avg age 29), 210 universities and 125,000+ annual graduates, Uzbekistan is a rising BPO destination.
The country offers language pools in English (5M), Russian (7M), Turkish (1M) and German (550K), plus French, Italian, Korean, Japanese and Spanish.
From 5–10 October 2022, CEO Denis Guittet visited GBA partners across Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Kuala Lumpur — the first in-person tour after three years of Covid absence. Teams in Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia presented their services and clients including Lazada, Digi, Samsung and KLM.

GBA held its first European-African-Middle East summit on 15 June 2022 at the INGO Group offices in Milano. Partners from Bosnia, Egypt, Bulgaria, Albania, Luxembourg and Dubai gathered to exchange strategies and discuss GBA's future.
