Our Locations Worldwide
Expert teams across 4 continents supporting your Digital CX projects worldwide, with a strong presence in Europe & Asia.
20 countries · 4 continentsOur locations bring together a federated network of affiliates rather than a single, centralised call centre. Each site keeps its own local expertise, native-language agents and market knowledge, while sharing iNETcc’s common standards for quality, technology and service delivery. To find out more about how the network operates, visit our About iNETcc page, get in touch through our contact page, or learn about the broader practice of business process outsourcing.
Local Language, Local Culture
Every one of our locations is staffed with native-language agents who understand local customs, tone and customer expectations — not a generic script translated from head office.

Wherever your project is delivered, our affiliates follow the same quality, reporting and technology standards, so results stay predictable across every market.
Room to Scale
Because our locations span 4 continents, we can move volume between sites, add languages, or open a new market without starting your project from scratch.

A few things worth knowing before choosing where your project should be delivered from.
Can I choose which of your locations handles my project?
Yes. Once we understand your target market, required languages and volume, we recommend one or more of our locations best suited to the project — you’re never locked into a single site by default.
What’s the difference between a headquarters, a sales office and a sales & operations office?
Our headquarters in France coordinates the whole consortium. Sales offices manage client relationships and business development locally. Sales & operations offices additionally run production teams on the ground, handling day-to-day service delivery.
Can a project run across more than one of our locations at once?
Absolutely — many of our clients split volume across two or three sites for language coverage, time-zone continuity, or business continuity purposes. This is exactly what our federated network model is designed for.
Do all locations offer the same services?
Core services such as customer support, technical helpdesk and back-office are available in most locations, while more specialised services can vary by site depending on local expertise. Contact us to confirm availability for your specific market.
How do you decide where to open a new location?
We generally look at three factors before adding a new location to our network: genuine demand from existing or prospective clients for that market, availability of skilled native-language talent, and a stable business environment. This is why our locations tend to cluster around established outsourcing hubs in Europe and Asia, while still reaching into newer markets across the Americas and Africa.
